Anyway, I keep motivated to run (when I'm not running a half marathon) by downloading what I call my 'running music'. I get excited knowing I have new music on my iPod and only listening to it when I run. <br /><br />I too am running a half in the Fall. Yippee!! I have 2 little ones so it's hard to get out there.
