Curves Food

I was recently sent the new Curves cereal and bars to try and review. Curves is also sponsoring a contest, Real Change, Real Women:

"What made you decide to finally take the weight off, and keep it off? if you have a personal story to tell, enter the contest and inspire countless women to reach their weight management goals and along the way... you could win great prizes! The Real Change, Real Women contest is not about how much weight you lost, it's about how your commitment to weight management makes you feel. What unexpected things can you do now? What surprising changes have happened in your life?

Share your story for a chance to win $5,000, a year-long membership to your local Curves®, Curves™ Cereal and Granola Bars for a whole year... and the chance to appear on the Curves™ Cereal box!"

And yes, I entered....

The food: The cereal is great. Very tasty, crunchy, sweet. I am not a big cereal person, but this would honestly be great for breakfast or an evening snack. With only 100 calories per serving and 2 grams of fiber, it's a great way to start your day.

The bars were not my favorite, and I eat alot of bars as they are easy to grab for a quick breakfast. They were great in that they are only 1 point on Weight Watchers, but as for taste, I would definitely go for a Fiber One bar over these (although Fiber One bars are higher in points). I had the Chocolate Peanut and there really wasn't a good chocolate flavor.

p.s. I LOVE the Fiber One bars

I didn't like the chocolate ones. I am Fiber One girl.

But the strawberry are okay. Just okay, not awesome.

I'll tell you what inspired me to finally make a change, I found out I weigh 191 pounds, the most ever! fortunately I found this out at my fitness evaluation for the gym we just joined.
