I have told you guys about Eat Better America before...
I have told you guys about a great site called Eat Better America before, but now you can get a free sample of the original Fiber One Cereal. And if you are like me, I love Fiber One cereal and their bars and the higher the fiber, the less Weight Watchers points for those of you counting again in the New Year (Hi! That's me! I gained 6 pounds between Thanksgiving and New Years!).

Just a tidbit - Fiber One bars now come in a new flavor! Caramel & Oats. I saw them yesterday in the grocery store! I love fiber one too! Good luck on the diet - mine is NOT going well.....

I've never tried the Fiber One, but I just signed up for the free sample. Can't wait!
