GOOD GRIEF

So it continues today....

Yesterday, I get a few miles from home and realize I had left my cell phone there. I was traveling for work yesterday and definitely needed it, so I backtracked and picked it up. I was already running late, so I had to play catch up on my three hour drive to the coast.

Then I went to the gym last night and it was pouring down rain and I drop my id card to get in and of course it managed to get all the way underneath my van.

And just now? I typed this whole post about Ashley, and I hit publish, and it FREAKING DISAPPEARED. I am not having a good end to my week.

So Ashley. I am wearing an over sized sweater and leggings today as the weather has turned cold and rainy, and Ashley informed me that I was dressed like a teenager. Not sure if that was a compliment or not....

And Ashley has had trouble sleeping the past few nights since her moon crashing into the earth nightmare. Night before last? She was up 6 times. Last night it was 3 times. I feel like I have a newborn again. She is afraid when she closes her eyes that she will have the nightmare again.

So tired Ashley = attitude Ashley. I swear she will argue night and day with you, which isn't fun. She is 6 1/2, and I have always said that the halves are worse than the wholes. And she is proving this with flying colors. I sometimes wonder who replaced my little 6 year old with a 12 year old.

Oh, and for those of you with a Zhu Zhu pet, the warnings about getting them close to your hair? Yea, not fun.

Oh My...enjoy that 6 1/2 going on 12 year old...when they really are 12..NOT FUN! At least my step daughter wasn't and still isn't...she's 18 now! When will it end???

My other friend had to cut 6 inches off her 3 year old daughters hair when she got in a confrontation with a zhu zhu pet...I'm glad that my boy has short hair...but he doesn't have nor has he asked for a zhu zhu....I cross my fingers that it stays that way! :-)

So where do the posts go? I've heard others say the same thing.

I might suggest you try Windows Live Writer. You always have a copy on your computer!

Your notes on Ashley today just made me grin. I remember those days (Not me looking like a teenager; rather my six year old acting like one.)

The very same thing happened with KJ back in September, and he talked about it for two months, easily. The first several nights, just as you had said, he wouldn't even close his eyes until he finally gave up in exhaustion. Finally he slept in our bed for a couple nights, and now he still comes there when he has a nightmare. I hope things level off for you guys, as well. Poor Ashley.
